Microsites – The Best Tool In Nutritional Product Marketing

Microsites

CoconutWaterLife.com is our Featured Microsite

A microsite is a small, content-driven website that is typically entirely about one product or type of product.

ClutchWave is an ever-growing network of microsites – most of which have been built by us. Our microsites boast industry-leading “conversion rates”, meaning that we turn our traffic into online sales.

As an honest and ethical company, we only create microsites based on products that we believe in and use ourselves. You won’t see any scams in our network. Not only does this make our jobs more interesting, but allows us to speak the unadulterated truth about the products we are promoting.

Our Microsite Design Process

When developing a microsite, we perform the following actions:

  1. Research – We find out what people are searching for, what they don’t understand, who they are, and where they live. This is required to build a quality website that is geared towards the right audience and to answer all of their questions – even the ones that you don’t want them to ask.
  2. Design and Development – Our team of expert web designers, graphic artists, and programmers make incredible-looking websites that instill confidence and trust in the visitors.
  3. Content – Our team of bloggers, content writers, and sales copywriters are some of the best in the industry. Each page on the site serves a purpose to answer your users questions with complete honesty. Yes – users are going to search for your products side effects – more so than you ever thought. We don’t just provide the proper answers to the hard questions like these – we turn them into sales.
  4. Search Engine Optimization – Our SEO team will make the site visible to Google so that your users can find you fast and easily across a broad number of search keywords. Proper SEO allows you to lower your advertising budget.
  5. Reviews and Discussion – We allow users to post reviews of your product and discuss them. The bad come with the good here, and we do not censor well-written negative reviews. However, we’ve found that it’s the best way to get your potential customers to completely trust you.
  6. Price Comparison Widgets – Every page of the microsite will have a price comparison widget powered by the PricePlow Supplement Price Comparison engine. When users see how much cheaper (and more discretely) they can get your products, they will instantly buy them – and in bulk.
  7. Social Media and Viral Marketing – Admittedly, these are not our strengths, but we do create Facebook campaigns for our microsites in order to deliver your users up to date information. We are happy to manage these pages and have had a few of them go completely viral beyond our wildest forecasts.
  8. Maintenance – In this industry, you can’t just “set it and forget it”. We are always adding new content, posting new reviews and pictures (say, of new flavors), answering new questions, and updating our websites to keep them fast and secure.

Featured Microsite – CoconutWaterLife.com

For an example of a microsite, see our Coconut Water site. This site is dedicated to ONE thing: Coconut Water.

On every page, you will see a general “PricePlow Product Category” price comparison widget. However, you can also see an individual product’s price comparison widget on any product page, such as the Vita Coco Coconut Water page. This is the type of widget that will be exclusively used on a product-based website.

Microsite Legal Considerations

We prefer to own the domains and the copyrights to all content on our microsites. However, we are respectful of your trademarks and are willing to discuss your individual requirements.

Microsite Pricing

If we own the domain, content, are users and believers of your product, and see an opportunity for quality traffic numbers, chances are… we’ll design, write, and maintain the site for free. Even though we can do most of the writing, we’re happy to work with your marketing team to get the right information out there.

For microsites on products that we do not use or see only a small amount of traffic, we will setup a contract for development and maintenance. This will typically start at $1000 and maintenance and SEO services will be $250/month.
